Drumlin Ridge has been producing character crafted ciders and wines since 2017. We have a setting overlooking the vineyard with an apple orchard just below the vineyard.

Named after the goddess of Chaos, ERIS Is a local Chicago cidery in Old Irving Park area. Our ciders portrait the reflection of the apples and fruits that we blend with. Looking to introduce someone to cider, start with ERIS, looking for a green ripe apple cider try our Pedestrian Hard Cider, if you enjoy red apples more, go with E-phoria Hard Cider and a touch of vanilla. Fruited ciders are our specialty, and all are GF and Vegan.
Eve’s Cidery is a small family farm producing naturally fermented ciders from our own organically-grown fruit and from wild-foraged apples and pears in the hills of Van Etten, located at the intersection of the Finger Lakes and the Northern Appalachian Plateau, traditional lands of the Cayuga Nation and Haudenosaunee Confederacy, in upstate New York.
Our small batch ciders are made from locally pressed PA apples fermented on-site with minimal intervention. We use only real, whole ingredients in our ciders, like fruits, herbs, and other goodies that we source and process ourselves.
