We make cider from apples that are grown, pressed, fermented, and packaged right here in our Pennsylvania orchards. Our heritage ciders, modern ciders, and wild fermentations all bring our terrior right to your glass.
Bird Dog is a family operation started by two brothers with a love for apples and a lot of help from good friends. We grew up on a farm in the heart of Western New York State apple country, which our dad still operates. He has 130 acres of the best eating apples and classic cider varieties like Kingston Black, Dabinett, Porter’s Perfection, Yarlington Mill, and Golden Russet. Currently our ciders are made from apples that come from there.
Our unique hard ciders are hand-crafted in North Park, San Diego, and blended with the adventure and spirit of the West Coast. Our cider is made with premium ingredients that deliver the freshness of the outdoors right to your taste buds. Less sugar, naturally gluten-free, and always delicious, each sip will ignite your thirst to escape the ordinary and embrace your adventure!
