Mountain West began with a simple spark — a shared love of cider discovered while traveling through Ireland. That spark grew into something bigger: a commitment to crafting high-quality, approachable cider right here in Utah using apples from the region and fermentation methods rooted in tradition. Together with Head Cidermaker Marcio Buffolo and a small, dedicated team, we’ve grown from a few tanks and a bold idea into an award-winning cidery, a community gathering space, and a staple of Utah’s craft beverage scene.
