Wild State Cider was founded in 2019 by friends who believe “natural” actually means something, and that cider is better without added sugar, artificial flavors, concentrates, or other weird stuff. What makes us special is our commitment to the ingredients and process that keep cider tasting like… cider.
We harvest wild and rare fruit to provide a truly one-of-a-kind wild fermented product, with a methodology determined by nature.
We have been making British-style ciders using local apples since 2012. Our English cider maker likes to make ciders from his birthplace in Eastern England with an American twist. All our ciders are slightly off-dry and aged before being ready to consume.
Wise Bird Cider is a small, family-run business committed to crafting small-batch traditional-style ciders made with a focus on tradition and quality from the best apples we can get our hands on. We believe that great apples make great ciders and we source as many apples as we can from Kentucky.
