It all started way back in 2021, the best apple harvest to ever grace New Jersey left us with an abundance of fruit at the end of the season with no place to go. We put on our thinking caps and brainstormed what could be done with these apples….Pies? Applesauce? Apple Cheese? Apple Juice? Wine?!?! Thus we entered into the longest ever process of making wine and cider from our delicious homegrown fruits.

Red Clay Brewing Company

Red Clay Brewing has its roots firmly entrenched in the South. The founders of the Company were all born and raised here. The “red clay” that is native to this region of the south and what we all knew so well growing up became a natural moniker for our business. Red Clay Brewing simply represents us: our history and the South we love and call home. Red Clay has a variety of ciders that have been produced since the breweries conception in 2014. You can find ciders like Murder Creek Cherry Cider as well as Perdido Peach Cider.

Red Shedman Farm Brewery

Visit Red Shedman Farm Brewery and Hop Yard to try our wide range of craft beers, and hard ciders. A family-owned brewery founded in 2014, we are located right next to Linganore Winery on more than 200 acres of farmland between Frederick and Baltimore.

Right Bee Cider

Boy meets girl. Boy makes cider to woo girl. Now he’s right beside her. Right Bee Cider. What started as a romantic gesture grew into Chicago’s first cidery, owned and operated by a local husband and wife team. Small business, small batches, and a ton of love sent your way with every sip!

Robinette’s Winery

Visit our tasting room in a barn built in 1881. Robinette’s produces several of our own wine and hard ciders on site, while others are made for us from Michigan fruit.

Rootwood Cider

Cidery Location: 1731 Totem Pole Rd, Manson, WA 98831

Rootwood Cider is a small craft cider company started by the Koenig family in Manson, WA. Jim & Cheryl Koenig farm more than 50 acres of apples (as well as some cherries) between three orchards. Together, with their three daughters and their husbands, Rootwood Cider produces craft cider using apples primarily from their orchards, which include ten cider-specific varieties.

Sage Bird Ciderworks

Sage Bird Ciderworks is a vibey, locally-owned cidery in the North-end of downtown Harrisonburg, VA serving award-winning hard cider, wine, cocktails, & tasty hot sandwiches. Come for a visit for any of their weekly events and try a wide variety of dry and seasonal ciders made on-site using local apples.
