Red Shedman Farm Brewery

Stowe Cider

Stowe Cider was founded in 2013 with a vision of bringing something different to the cider scene- a version that boasted less than half the sweetness of most commercial cider. Stowe Cider is constantly developing unique recipes that you will not find anywhere else. Ciders range from dry and preservative-free to others containing local fruits, hops, and unique barrel-aged offerings.

Hawk Knob

Since before, during, and after prohibition, hard cider has been made in our region and throughout much of Appalachia. Many of these ciders were made from heritage apple varieties, wild apples, or a combination of the two. More often than not, these ciders were fermented and aged in used whiskey and bourbon barrels. Much of what we do at Hawk Knob is an homage to the old-time cider crafters and our Appalachian roots. Hawk Knob ciders might be best enjoyed sitting around a bonfire picking a tune, but we hope you’ll take them with you to new territory.

We’re an agricultural winery/cidery located in Sunbury, Ohio offering small batch ciders which include a hopped cider and concord cider. Come out and feed our shetland sheep in a rural, relaxing setting in a restored barn.

Kingfish Cider

Kingfish Cider is one of the few in the nation, and the only in Louisiana, solely woman owned alcohol makers. Kingfish Cider is also the only alcohol maker and taproom in Jefferson Parish and the only local, distributed, craft cider throughout the state. These facts alone make Kingfish Cider unique but on top of that I produce an excellent selection of ciders and Perrys (pear ciders) that are naturally gluten free, no added sugar and no sulfites. My mission statement: Creating a flavorful beverage experience infused with the uniqueness of Louisiana.

Island Orchard Cider

Island Orchard Cider is an orchard-first award-winning cidery in Door County, Wisconsin, with an urban sister cidery, Pomona Cider Company, in Milwaukee. Both cideries use fruit from their orchard planted on Washington Island in 2006 to produce Normandy and New World-style cider.
