Cider Creek Hard Cider is made on a family farm nestled in the hills of Canisteo, NY. The company was created in 2013 and turned a family recipe and home cider making passion into a mission to produce high-quality, craft cider with authenticity; like fresh cider from the mill.  We proudly use 100% New York State apples. Our production facility, which is also the home of our original tasting room, opened in October 2015 and is located in Canisteo, NY.

Eve’s Cidery is a small family farm producing naturally fermented ciders from our own organically-grown fruit and from wild-foraged apples and pears in the hills of Van Etten, located at the intersection of the Finger Lakes and the Northern Appalachian Plateau, traditional lands of the Cayuga Nation and Haudenosaunee Confederacy, in upstate New York.

We are fanatical about crafting transcendent, awe-inspiring hard cider. Each and every apple in our blends specifically loves you, and they’ve all come together to help improve your day. Our name is our mission, we aim to leave you AWESTRUCK.

Steve has been bottling his own cider since 2003. As a musician firmly grounded in traditional American Old-time music, Steve can’t help but point out the many parallels to cider: in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, both cider and Old-time music were staples of American culture, only to be sidelined by more mechanized and industrial rivals.

Extreme Heights Cidery was inspired by Ella Pardy who became an “ADK 46er” at age 15, hiking all 46 peaks in the Adirondacks in only 5 weeks. Becoming an ADK 46er is a lifetime goal for avid hikers across the country.

Borrowing from European cider traditions, Westwind Orchard is fully immersed in making some of the most distinctive ciders in the US. While our oldest trees are standard varieties like McIntosh and Stayman, we’ve been planting new orchards of hard cider varieties and grafting our heirloom dessert apple trees with bittersweet and bittersharp varieties.

Founded in 1996, Original Sin stands as one of the pioneers of the modern-day U.S. cider industry. All Original Sin Cider are made with freshly pressed New York apples.
