Hale & True is a Philadelphia based cidery that makes sessionable ciders that are balanced yet complex. Founded by husband and wife duo, Risa and Kerry McKenzie, their award-winning cidery and taproom is located in Philadelphia, right off South Street, and serves cider made on-site, carefully crafted cocktails – often incorporating our cider – as well as local beer, spirits, and zero-proof options. Their cider is also available for shipping nationwide, and at bars, restaurants, and stores in the greater Philadelphia area.
Our ciders are fueled by community, best enjoyed surrounded by friends drawn together by a thirst for the unknown. Those who find as much joy in the exploration as in the destination itself. Finnriver is an organic farm, orchard and craft cidery located along a salmon stream in the Chimacum Valley on the north Olympic Peninsula of Washington. Finnriver’s farm and orchard is Certified Organic and Salmon Safe and the Cidery is also a Certified B Corporation, seeking to do business as if people and place matter.
Red Clay Brewing has its roots firmly entrenched in the South. The founders of the Company were all born and raised here. The “red clay” that is native to this region of the south and what we all knew so well growing up became a natural moniker for our business. Red Clay Brewing simply represents us: our history and the South we love and call home. Red Clay has a variety of ciders that have been produced since the breweries conception in 2014. While we are relatively new to making cider, we have been studying and fermenting beverages for the better part of a decade. Understanding how to create a drink that is approachable, complex and refreshing is no easy task. But our team has done an outstanding job sourcing the highest quality apples and juice this country has to offer.
Our cider-making journey began in a one-car garage in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle in 2016. Sparked by our passion for handcrafting premium, small-batch ciders and inspired by the maritime spirit of Seattle, we embarked on a journey to share our unique and delicious ciders with people across the Pacific Northwest.
