Step into the historic Gowan cider orchards with every sip of our award-winning cider. Made with organic heirloom apples that are picked at the peak of flavor, fresh-pressed during harvest, and estate bottled onsite.
Barmann Cellars is a farm-based fermentory in the Nooksack Valley of Whatcom County, WA. We grow estate fruit on a solar powered farm on the southern slope of Sumas Mountain. Everything is spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and bottled with zero additives—a true taste of place.
Bird Dog is a family operation started by two brothers with a love for apples and a lot of help from good friends. We grew up on a farm in the heart of Western New York State apple country, which our dad still operates. He has 130 acres of the best eating apples and classic cider varieties like Kingston Black, Dabinett, Porter’s Perfection, Yarlington Mill, and Golden Russet. Currently our ciders are made from apples that come from there.
Steve has been bottling his own cider since 2003. As a musician firmly grounded in traditional American Old-time music, Steve can’t help but point out the many parallels to cider: in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, both cider and Old-time music were staples of American culture, only to be sidelined by more mechanized and industrial rivals.
At Eden Ciders, we’re passionate about the quality of flavor that comes from unique apple varieties grown by local, small-scale orchards in Vermont. We produce a wide range of ciders, from driest to sweetest, with different methods of production, using single varieties and blends.
It all started way back in 2021, the best apple harvest to ever grace New Jersey left us with an abundance of fruit at the end of the season with no place to go. We put on our thinking caps and brainstormed what could be done with these apples….Pies? Applesauce? Apple Cheese? Apple Juice? Wine?!?! Thus we entered into the longest ever process of making wine and cider from our delicious homegrown fruits.
At Chesapeake Cider Company we believe we can save the bay. A portion of processed goes directly to the Chesapeake Bay Charities.
The Rebel Seed brand and its values are born from a love of the United States, its history and the determination that built this country. Our love of country, paired with strong family roots, is the driving force behind Rebel Seed. In the tradition of those who built our great nation, our family works hard to take the bounty of this land and produce a cider that is second to none – a product of tradition, hard work and the best local fruit.
We offer 8 plus ciders, made in house, using apples located within a 350 mile radius. All ciders are gluten free, and are made with fresh and real ingredients. In addition to our own ciders, we have a mix of quality craft beers, wines and non-alcohol offerings.
