Our cider starts with heritage cider apples grown at our own Swihart Orchards and nearby orchards throughout the Hood River Valley. We press and ferment everything in-house, never back-sweeten, and let the fruit speak for itself, as nature intended. The result? Clean, crisp ciders that are true to the land and full of character.
