City Orchard

With family-owned farms along the shores of Lake Ontario, City Orchard taps deep into the roots of Great Lakes Apple Country. We bring the heritage of our cider culture and orchards to our favorite city. We press carefully selected apples on the farm, truck the juice to Houston, and produce traditional ciders in an urban setting – we are an orchard in the city. A little unorthodox – but this is Texas.

Alpenfire Cider

We invite you to experience the distinctive flavors of our estate grown heritage ciders. Shaped by our maritime climate’s mild summers and tempered by the foggy mist rolling off of Discovery Bay, our apples maintain the qualities they’ve been treasured for by generations of cider lovers. Soft tannins, high sugars, hints of bitterness, and an incredible flavor range are the tools the apples bring us.

Crispin Cider

We believe in fruit, flavor, and people. Cider should be delicious, refreshing, full of flavor, and a perfect compliment to food. We blend centuries old tradition with innovative flavors to create something truly wonderful, using only the freshest ingredients. We take our craft seriously, but not ourselves – this is cider made by people who do this for the genuine love of their craft.

Cockrell Cider Farm

Established in 2014, Cockrell Cider is the first and only estate cidery in Puyallup, Washington. Cockrell Cider Farm’s production facility is located on the farm mere footsteps from the apple trees utilized in the production process. We craft our small batch cider using local fruit and apples to create delicious flavors.

Kristof Farms

In the rolling hills of Yamhill, Kristof Farms grows heirloom apples to make ciders like our barrel-aged Reserve that blends traditional techniques with modern craftsmanship and our Kingston Black, a single-varietal expression of this crisp bitter sharp apple.

Presque Isle Farm Cider and Taproom

Presque Isle Farm is a small centennial farm in northern Michigan. Our mission is to grow nourishing food and utilize Michigan-based agriculture to cultivate value-added products that honor traditional craft. We handle each item we produce with care and are committed to creating a company that allows us to grow and pursue a healthy community, a vibrant local economy, and an ecologically flourishing environment.

Tallgrass Cider

Tallgrass Cider was born of our passion for raising apples, a desire to let nothing go to waste and a do-it-yourself attitude. After crafting home-brew for the better part of a decade, creating Tallgrass Cider was the natural next step. Farming organically since 2011, our organic apples are the heart of our cider. The perennial nature of the orchard, and all the wild places it holds, are meaningful in how we tend our corner of this inspiring planet.
