Vala’s Orchard Cider Co. is a testament to an age-old tradition. Our cider is crafted from the fruit of our own apple trees, grown and pressed right here in Gretna, Nebraska. With over 40 acres of apples and 45 varieties, including heirloom cider apples, we take pride in our “farm to bottle” approach. We believe in making cider the hard way, using wholesome, real apples from our backyard.

Our cider starts with heritage cider apples grown at our own Swihart Orchards and nearby orchards throughout the Hood River Valley.
