Established in 2014, Cockrell Cider is the first and only estate cidery in Puyallup, Washington. Cockrell Cider Farm’s production facility is located on the farm mere footsteps from the apple trees utilized in the production process. We craft our small batch cider using local fruit and apples to create delicious flavors.
Driven and inspired by our orchard on the western slope and the rich craft brewing industry of Colorado, we focus on the star of the show, the apple, using an extremely careful and meticulous process to get exceptional apple characteristics in every cider we make. We have partnered with our friends Locust Cider and are pouring many of your favorites, core and specialty ciders alongside theirs.
With three decades of brewing mastery in our repertoire, Coronado Brewing has stepped into the world of craft cider. Led by our Head Brewer and seasoned Cider Maker Chris Sartori, we’ve harmonized our yeast expertise to redefine cider within the diverse beverage landscape of Southern California.
Country Boy Brewing was founded in 2012 by native Kentuckians with a passion for great craft beer. Country Boy prides itself on making minimally processed beers with high-quality, real ingredients.

Our cider starts with heritage cider apples grown at our own Swihart Orchards and nearby orchards throughout the Hood River Valley. We press and ferment everything in-house, never back-sweeten, and let the fruit speak for itself, as nature intended. The result? Clean, crisp ciders that are true to the land and full of character.
As Alaska’s first micro-cidery, we use the perfect selection of apples from Alaska & the Pacific Northwest to handcraft refreshing ciders as prized as the double shovel caribou. Carefully crafted in Anchorage and Kodiak, Alaska, our ciders are deliciously dry and naturally gluten-free.

From apple to bottle, all right here on our farm. At Dragon’s Head Cider, we take a traditional approach to cider making. Our focus is on the apple varieties that we use and the quality of the fruit. We love the story that apples alone can tell through cider.
