Keepsake Cidery is a orchard based cidery in the Cannon River Valley of Minnesota. We make all natural, spontaneous fermented, low intervention ciders prioritizing organic, low and no spray regional apples of specific varieties.
Milk & Honey Ciders produces fine American cider from heirloom and traditional cider apple cultivars. Our farmhouse cidery and orchard focuses on interesting, dry, highly aromatic and tannic ciders made in the rolling hills of Stearns County with minimal intervention.
We believe in fruit, flavor, and people. Cider should be delicious, refreshing, full of flavor, and a perfect compliment to food. We blend centuries old tradition with innovative flavors to create something truly wonderful, using only the freshest ingredients. We take our craft seriously, but not ourselves – this is cider made by people who do this for the genuine love of their craft.
Tallgrass Cider was born of our passion for raising apples, a desire to let nothing go to waste and a do-it-yourself attitude. After crafting home-brew for the better part of a decade, creating Tallgrass Cider was the natural next step. Farming organically since 2011, our organic apples are the heart of our cider. The perennial nature of the orchard, and all the wild places it holds, are meaningful in how we tend our corner of this inspiring planet.

Wild State Cider was founded in 2019 by friends who believe “natural” actually means something, and that cider is better without added sugar, artificial flavors, concentrates, or other weird stuff. What makes us special is our commitment to the ingredients and process that keep cider tasting like… cider.
