Born in Bend, Oregon, Avid crafts bold, flavor-first ciders like Blackberry and Dragon Fruit for climbers, skiers, and explorers chasing life’s adventures.

Bauman’s Farm was homesteaded by my Great-Great-Grandmother Elizabeth and her sons Stephen and Leo in 1895. In the early 1900’s, Stephen began making cider on the farm for family and friends alike to enjoy. Today, we continue his legacy by blending modern cidermaking with tried-and-true heritage methods using fruit grown and harvested on our farm whenever possible.

Come visit the Blossom Barn tasting room located on our solar-powered family farm in Southern Oregon. We make bright and dry perries, which are hard ciders made up of 90% or more pear juice. Pears also happen to be Oregon’s state fruit – making our perries a true celebration of Oregon terroir.

Heartland Ciderworks is a small cidery focusing on traditional styles of cider using only Oregon grown fruit. We believe that this is one of the greatest places on Earth, and it should be celebrated. Our fantastic ciders showcase the amazing produce and terroir from this region.

In the rolling hills of Yamhill, Kristof Farms grows heirloom apples to make ciders like our barrel-aged Reserve that blends traditional techniques with modern craftsmanship and our Kingston Black, a single-varietal expression of this crisp bitter sharp apple.
