Brick River Cider is named to honor the connection between the City of St. Louis and its connection to the regional rural communities.

While we are relatively new to making cider, we have been studying and fermenting beverages for the better part of a decade. Understanding how to create a drink that is approachable, complex and refreshing is no easy task. But our team has done an outstanding job sourcing the highest quality apples and juice this country has to offer.
