Ploughman proudly makes ciders from apples grown in Adams County, PA. We produce our ciders from a single source: apples harvested from the abundant orchards at Three Springs Fruit Farm. We’ve been harvesting apples from our orchards at Three Springs Fruit Farm for over 200 years. We’re proud to produce a wide range of farm ciders from these apples. Ciders are made and released as the seasonal conditions allow, which means an ever expanding and rotating lineup of styles.
Excursion makes small batch, minimal intervention ciders from PA apples. We use only real, whole ingredients in our ciders, like fruits, herbs, and other goodies that we source and process ourselves.
We make cider from apples that are grown, pressed, fermented, and packaged right here in our Pennsylvania orchards. Our heritage ciders, modern ciders, and wild fermentations all bring our terrior right to your glass.
Hale & True is a Philadelphia based cidery that makes sessionable ciders that are balanced yet complex. Founded by husband and wife duo, Risa and Kerry McKenzie, their award-winning cidery and taproom is located in Philadelphia, right off South Street, and serves cider made on-site, carefully crafted cocktails – often incorporating our cider – as well as local beer, spirits, and zero-proof options. Their cider is also available for shipping nationwide, and at bars, restaurants, and stores in the greater Philadelphia area.
It Started with an Apple. How’s that for a coincidence? Since 2008, our esteemed team of Cider Makers have pressed our hard cider on-site. This guarantees top notch quality control. Our Cider Makers continue to fine tune their skillset, most of them boasting fermentation degrees from esteemed programs already. We love our community.
After The Fall Cider was founded by 2nd generation orchardist, Maria Kretschmann, with a fruit first approach to cider making. Inspired by the similarities between art and farming, Maria has been enraptured by the magic of the orchard. In her eyes, being an orchardist and cider maker is akin to being the sculptor that she is, only in an entirely different medium.
